   "I was able to grow a lot through my experience at the Ichiko Festival. I helped create a showcase to display baked 　sweets and dorayaki. We brainstormed many ideas and had several discussions as a team. Instead of using a traditional 　cake stand, we decided to modify a stand that holds pots, which I thought was a unique and creative idea. Compared to 　last year, I was better able to cooperate with my classmates and work hard with them. When customers asked me about 　the products or made conversation, I was able to respond cheerfully. I think this was because I really enjoyed spending 　time and chatting with my classmates during the preparation period. I want to use this experience to become more open 　and communicative with people so I can help others in the future.”
